Each row is one bone you buy. A gilded altar with both burners lit gives 3.5 times the burying experience, the Ectofuntus 4 times, and the Chaos altar 3.5 times per offering with half of all offerings spared, so a bone you buy there is worth 7 times on average. Blessed bone shards give 6 experience each with blessed sunfire wine; the shard rows include the unnoting fee, the splinters and the wine. Rates are best case. 2,550 bones an hour at a gilded altar, 1,000 bones used at the Chaos altar, 1,700 bones an hour blessed and offered as shards from level 62, 180 worships an hour at the Ectofuntus, 220 reanimations an hour, 2,900 buries an hour.
